Terms of Service

Effective Aug 7, 2026

These terms govern your use of the Qlinio website. They are deliberately short and written in plain language, because terms nobody reads protect nobody.

Acceptance of these terms

This website is operated by Qlinio Private Limited (“Qlinio”, “we”, “us”), CIN U62011KL2026PTC105151, registered at 2/1149/I 100, Hilite Business Park, Tower 2, Iringallur, Kozhikode, Kerala 673014, India. By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Where you take a specific action here — booking a demonstration, or sending us a message — you are asked to confirm these terms at that point, and that confirmation is what forms an agreement between us. Merely reading a page does not commit you to anything.

What this website is

This is a marketing and information website. It describes who we are, what our products do, and what they cost, and it publishes articles about healthcare technology in India.

Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance. Descriptions of products, features and prices are an invitation to talk to us, not a contract. Features described here may change, may be on our roadmap rather than in the product today, or may not be available on every plan.

Our products are governed separately

Qlinikit and Qlini are not provided under these terms. If you become a customer, your use of those products is governed by a separate written agreement between you and us, covering service levels, support, data processing, payment and termination.

Where these website terms and a product agreement disagree, the product agreement governs for everything relating to the product.

Nothing here is medical advice

We publish articles about clinical operations, healthcare regulation and health technology. None of it is medical advice, and none of it is a substitute for the judgement of a qualified medical practitioner. It is written for the people who run clinics, not for patients deciding about their own care.

If you are a patient, do not use anything on this website to diagnose a condition, choose a treatment, or decide whether to seek care. Speak to a registered medical practitioner. If your situation is urgent, seek emergency care immediately rather than reading anything here.

We write about ABDM, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, telemedicine guidelines and similar subjects. That writing is a practical summary by people building software in this field. It is not legal advice, it may be out of date by the time you read it, and it does not account for your particular circumstances.

Regulatory obligations are yours, not ours. Before acting on anything you read here, confirm the current position with a qualified professional.

Pricing information

Prices shown on this website are indicative, quoted in Indian Rupees, and exclusive of taxes unless we say otherwise. They may change without notice, and they do not include any charge that depends on how you use the product.

The price you actually pay is the one recorded in your product agreement. If the two differ, the agreement governs.

Booking a demonstration

You may book a demonstration through this website. A booking is an appointment, not a purchase — nothing is charged, and you take on no obligation to buy anything.

  • Give us accurate contact details. We verify your email address with a one-time code so that appointments cannot be booked in your name by someone else.
  • Book only on behalf of yourself or an organisation you are authorised to represent.
  • Tell us if you cannot attend, so the slot can go to someone else. We may decline future bookings from anyone who repeatedly does not attend.
  • We may reschedule or cancel a demonstration, and will tell you as early as we can if we do.

A demonstration typically uses sample data. Please do not bring real patient records to one, and do not enter them into any demonstration environment.

Acceptable use

When using this website, please do not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any connected system.
  • Interfere with the site’s operation, including by overwhelming it with automated traffic.
  • Use the contact or booking forms to send unsolicited advertising, or to submit anyone else’s personal details without their knowledge.
  • Submit patient health data. This website is not built for it, and we will delete any we receive.
  • Scrape or systematically copy the site to build a competing product or dataset, or to train a model on our content.
  • Misrepresent your identity or your association with any organisation.

Ordinary reading, search-engine indexing, and sharing our articles are all welcome and none of this is aimed at them.

Intellectual property

The content of this website — text, articles, design, illustrations, and the Qlinio, Qlinikit and Qlini names and marks — belongs to us or is used with permission. Using our marks in a way that suggests endorsement or association requires our written agreement.

You are welcome to quote our articles. Take a reasonable extract, attribute it to Qlinio, and link back to the original. You do not need to ask. What is not permitted is republishing an article in full, presenting our writing as your own, or using our content to train a model.

We link to other websites — government sources, regulators, research — where it helps. We do not control them, we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

Availability

We aim to keep this website available, but we do not promise it. It may be unavailable for maintenance, or for reasons outside our control, and we may change or remove any part of it without notice. No service level applies to this website. Service levels for our products, if any, live in the product agreement.

Disclaimers

This website and its content are provided as is. We take reasonable care to keep it accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, accurate or up to date, and statistics and regulatory positions we cite may have moved since we published them.

Limitation of liability

To the extent Indian law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data arising from your use of this website, and our total liability in connection with this website is limited to ₹10,000.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. That includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and any right you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot be contracted out of. This clause is not a device for avoiding responsibility for our own product — liability there is dealt with in the product agreement, and is not capped at this figure.

Privacy

How we handle personal data collected through this website is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The version published here, with the effective date at the top of the page, is the one that applies. Changes are not retrospective — a demonstration you booked under earlier terms stays governed by those.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Kozhikode, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, except that this does not deprive you of the protection of any consumer forum you are entitled to approach under Indian law.

Before starting proceedings, please write to us. Most disagreements are faster to resolve in an email than in a courtroom, and we would rather fix the problem.
