Why we exist.
Indian healthcare did the hard part. ABDM built the identity layer, the registries and the consent framework, and hundreds of millions of people now have an ABHA number they can carry between any two facilities in the country.
Then it stopped, because the clinics never got there. Hospital information systems were priced for hospitals — six-figure licences, per-bed tiers, paid customisation — so the single-doctor practice in a Tier 2 town kept its paper register, and the national health stack ended at its front door.
That is not a technology problem. It is a pricing and design problem.
We build clinic software cheap enough and simple enough for the practices that make up most of Indian healthcare, and we connect it to the national infrastructure that is already there and already working.
Qlinikit does that for the clinic — registration, doctor, nurse, pharmacy, lab, booking and administration in one system. Qlini does it for the patient, putting booking and records on their phone. Hospitals, pharmacy chains and laboratories are the same problem at a different scale, and the platform is built to reach them.

Platforms, not point tools
A clinic, its pharmacy and its lab solve the same problem three times because three vendors sold them three products. The value is in connecting them, not in adding a fourth.
Priced for the 90%
Hospital software was priced for hospitals, which is why most Indian clinics still run on paper. Starting at ₹898 a month is not a discount — it is the whole point.
Trust before features
Health data raises the cost of being careless. We would rather ship a smaller product with clinic-level isolation and an audit trail than a larger one without.
Built where it is used
Most Indian healthtech is built in metros for metros. We build in Kozhikode for the clinics of Tier 2 and Tier 3 India, which are the ones actually underserved.
